TermsBird is operated by Ellul Solutions Ltd. This page explains what happens to information submitted on this site.

What we collect and why

What you type into the enquiry form: your name, your email address, your business name, the size band you pick and what you write about your contracts. If you open an account, the email address you sign in with and the contract records you enter. The free sheets work in your browser and their figures are not sent anywhere unless you save them to an account.

Legal basis and sharing

Nobody. We are the vendor: TermsBird is made and sold by Ellul Solutions Ltd, and your enquiry is answered by us. We do not sell, share or broker enquiries to law firms, resellers or lead buyers. The processors we use to run the site (hosting, email delivery and card payments) see only what they need to do that job.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

Analytics

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: hello@termsbird.com. We respond within one month.
