What this service is

We are the vendor: TermsBird is contract management software made and sold by us for the person responsible for a small business's signed contracts. The free sheets score the contract management software category against figures you supply and compute in your browser; the paid plan keeps a record of the contracts you enter, with their counterparties, dates, notice periods, obligations and uploaded files. It drafts nothing, reviews nothing and advises on nothing; it keeps the agreement you signed and the dates that decide what happens next.

How we are paid

TermsBird Pro is a monthly subscription: you pay us, Ellul Solutions Ltd, the legal entity you contract with, and that name appears on your card statement and receipt. It is $12.41 a month, the price and the renewal are shown before checkout, it renews monthly at the same price, and it can be cancelled from your own account page at any time.

The sheet index

The sheet index is a list of the free sheets on this site with the head each one answers. It is published as a CSV so you can read it without us, and it is not a directory of vendors, a ranking or an advertisement.

No warranty

TermsBird keeps the record you enter and does what this site says it does. It is not legal advice, it does not tell you what a clause means or whether an agreement is enforceable, and it does not replace a lawyer where you need one. The figures the sheets produce follow from what you type into them.
