The contract management software comparison sheet scores the category against your own contracts rather than against a feature grid. You put in how many live agreements you keep, how many renew in a year, the shortest notice period you have to hit, how many people need to be able to find a copy, and how many hours a quarter go into answering questions about contracts today. It returns what the category costs you at that size, what an auto-renewal you miss is worth against it, and whether the answer is software at all or a shared drive with the dates written down.
TermsBird Pro
Keeping the contract after the sheet has scored it
You keep the contracts. Pro holds each one against its counterparty with its effective date, expiry, notice period and value, warns you before the notice window closes, keeps the obligations somebody in the business owes under it, and exports the lot whenever you ask, so leaving is never a hostage situation.
- Take the contract record away as a file whenever you want it
- Send a renewal notice with nothing on it but your business
- Come back next quarter and find the contracts still there
- Put your logo on the notices and letters that go to a counterparty
- Export every contract, date and obligation at once, so leaving is never a hostage situation
- Send the renewal notice or termination letter from the record it belongs to

What the person who keeps the contracts asks about the Contract management software comparison
How many contracts do you need before software is worth it?
The sheet answers that from your own numbers rather than ours, and it will tell you no. The thing that moves the answer is not the count, it is how many renew and how short the notice periods are: fifty contracts that never renew are a folder, twenty that auto-renew on ninety days notice are a record.
Does this rank contract management vendors?
No. It scores the category at your size and prices it, and it names a competitor only where we have read that competitor's own pricing page on a stated date. Nobody pays to appear on this site and there is no ranking to buy into.
What counts as a live contract for the sheet?
An agreement that is signed and still in force: it has not expired, it has not been terminated, and somebody could still owe something under it. Expired contracts you keep for the record do not change what the category costs you, so they are not counted here.
