The free sheet on this site does the arithmetic a business does once, badly, before it buys anything: it scores the contract management software category against what your own agreements actually need, counting your live contracts, your renewals a year, the notice periods you have to hit and the people who need to see a copy, and it prices the category against that. It is free, it needs no account, and it will happily tell you that a shared drive and a calendar are enough for you.

The scoring in the sheet comes from the figures you enter about your own contracts. Any vendor price named on this site is read from that vendor's own pricing page on a stated date and recorded with its source.
